7th Oldham Shore Edge Rainbows had our Outdoor Activities Sleepover last weekend at Springfield Park! I think the leaders have only just recovered. Congratulations to one leader for organising the sleepover and passing her overnight licence with flying colours! The rainbows had lots of fun doing different crafts, but the main event organised was orienteering around the whole park! The girls followed the clues to different places and whilst they walked around they completed a bug hunt too! The sleepover was a huge success and the rainbows departed asking parents when the next sleepover is!

The girls were interviewed pre-match and asked who their favourite player was. Despite not knowing any names, the commentator let them know of one player – Danny Langtree – and he was suddenly the favourite for everyone!

Tonight 22nd Rochdale rainbows went on an I-spy walk around Littleborough in the rain as part of their Explorer stage 1 badge. Apparently we broke the world record for the number of rainbows in a bus stop.
